A tasty and versatile ingredient

Peppers

Production of our yellow and red peppers begins in September in the open field and then moves to the colder months under glass, lasting until June. Our product is easily recognisable thanks to its lively pigmentation and elegant shape. We start production in the areas of Palma di Montechiaro (AG) and Campobello di Licata (AG), and then move to the areas of Vittoria (RG) and Santa Croce Camerina (RG).

 With the peppers, we are also able to package convenience products in nets, into which we put all those pieces that may be less appealing to the final consumer's eye due to their less regular shapes, but which have taste, aroma and texture characteristics equivalent to our square-shaped peppers.
